Biography of the Finance and Administrative Assistant

Mr. Mubariz Mohammad Zadran, son of Zamil Gul, is a resident of Zadran Kot village in Ismail Khel and Mandozi districts of Khost province. He was born in North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 1985-03-16. He completed his secondary education at Mohammad Siddiq Rohi High School in Khost province and later graduated from the Faculty of Administration and Commerce of Sheikh Zayed University of Khost in 2007 after passing the entrance exam.
While still a student, he started working as an announcer and reporter in local radio stations in Khost based on his special love and interest in journalism and writing. After graduating from university, he was appointed as the head of Maidan Ghag Radio in Maidan Shahr, Maidan Wardak province.
After 20 months of service in Maidan Wardak province, he was appointed as the Spokesperson and Information and Public Relations Officer of the Khost Provincial Office through an open competition through the administrative reform process, and he served in this position for eight years.
He was also the founder and chief editor Chinar monthly magazine, chief editor of the Khost provincial government’s Woles Arman magazine, and chief editor of the Khost provincial government’sJorakht weekly newspaper.
Later, in 2018, he was appointed as an employee in the Presidential Protocol Department, where he demonstrated his abilities in a short time and was appointed as a senior expert in the Presidential Affairs Department and later as a research specialist in the first position in the same department. In the field of research and policy, he has written and accepted many proposals for further improvement and positive change in the policies of various ministries and in the social, economic, reconstruction and scientific fields to the high office of the President of the Republic.
His last job was as a senior expert in the Strategic Communications Department of the National Procurement Agency of the Republic, where he served his job with complete honesty and integrity on 06-1-2022.
He is currently serving as Finance and Administrative Assistant at Ahmad Shah Abdali Higher Education Institution in Khost province.
